Magic Wand TV Remote

After a rough day I went out to get a soda and when I got back, I found a package on my desk.  I opened the package and much to my surprise it was the one thing I wanted most off of ThinkGeek.com.  It was the Magic Wand TV Remote!  My friend Susan had gotten it for me and sent it to me.

The Magic Wand TV Remote is literally that, it is a magic wand that you can program with your TV remote key functions.  So instead of using your TV remote to change the volume, channels, etc; you can wave a magic wand to do the same.  The wand uses specific motions that can be programmed to specific remote functions.  Such as flicking the want in an upward motion to increase volume.  The wand has thirteen programmable motions that you can use.

I can honestly say it works, as I spent most of the evening last night using my wand to do things to my TV.  However I noticed that it did not work with our Charter cable box, but I am not surprised as I have always suspected they were a bunch of muggles.

Maybe Matt would consider setting up a Taunt Mike blog? You’d have a record number of subscribers and contributors.
