Rates
Rates are based on double occupancy, additions are $25 per person.
We offer discounts for multiple room reservations for events such as weddings
and reunions. Rates include a gourmet breakfast served to your room, dining
room or to the balcony.
Reservations / Cancellations
Rooms are reserved by credit card or check. If you change your plans two weeks prior to your reservation there will be no charge. If you need to cancel your reservation within two weeks of your reservation date, we will only charge you for the first night. You will receive a gift certificate for the amount of the charge. This gift certificate is good for a future visit. If you are able to give more than two weeks notice, there will be no charge. To cancel please call or e-mail us at guestservices@pembrookeinn.com.
Check-In Time
Our normal check in time is 2:00 pm. Check out is 12:00 noon.

Breakfast
Breakfast at the Pembrooke Inn is a full gourmet-style affair.
Some of our menu items include scones with fresh fruit, egg puffs with
a fruit, granola and yogurt parfait, baked omelet, mushroom souffle, toasted
pecan and pumpkin waffles with an apple-cinnamon topping, etc. For beverages
we serve coffee, tea, milk and a variety of juices. All breakfast
items are made fresh on-site each day, and we're adding to and refining
our menu constantly. If you have any special dietary needs, please
let us know, and we will be happy to accomodate your needs.
Internet Access
The Pembrooke features free wireless internet access for their guests
at no additional charge. Please ask for setup information upon check
in.
Pets
Pets are welcome in two of our rooms at the Pembrooke Inn, but we do
ask you to follow a few simple rules. We ask that your pet be house
trained, friendly with strangers, and not left alone in the room for long
periods of time. City ordinance also requires you to clean up after your
pet. There will be an additional charge of $25.00 if excessive cleaning
is necessary. Please let us know if you will be bringing your pet so we
may accommodate you.
Smoking
The Pembrooke Inn is offered as a smoke free environment. Smoking is
permitted on the balcony and in the garden only. A $50.00 cleaning fee
will be added to the bill if smoking occurs in any of the rooms.
